1. Scope of Services

T&T TWINS MASONRY REPAIR provides masonry repair, restoration, and construction services as described in our project proposals. Each project scope is defined in a written estimate provided to the client prior to work beginning.

2. Estimates and Payments

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment terms are outlined in the project contract. A deposit may be required to secure scheduling, with the balance due upon completion as agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide reasonable access to the work area and ensure the area is clear of obstacles. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Warranty

T&T TWINS MASONRY REPAIR stands behind the quality of our workmanship. We offer a limited warranty on labor for work performed, as specified in the project contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, structural settlement, or improper maintenance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to property damage caused by pre-existing structural conditions.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
